Returns Policy   

In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

  We will not refund any items that have been used and we will only refund items in original perfect condition (with all packaging) that are fit for re-sale. We reserve the right to refuse the refund of a product if we feel it does not meet these criteria. All items will need to be assessed before a refund is issued. We will not refund shipping fees.

If you need to return an item, simply email us and let us know your full name, order number and the reason you want to return you item. (Your order number can be found by logging into your ipop account)
