Delivery Policy
Goods are sent via a 'Signature required courier' with www.Fastway.co.nz so please provide a physical address where someone is available during the day to sign for your delivery. You can track your parcel by entering the tacking number displayed on your order status on the Fastway website.
Deliveries to Rural District zones (R.D.), P.O. Boxes / Private bags and Waiheke Island can take up to an additional 2 working days and will be sent with NZ Post by default.
We aim to get the goods out of the store same day, as long as payment is received by 2.00pm, this is the cut off for orders due to courier and freight services.
During weekends, public holidays and Sundays, nothing will be shipped. You will have to wait till the next available working day.
Should you feel that your goods did not arrive in good condition, please contact us via email during operating hours. We take no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods, or goods that have been delivered to an incorrect address.
Pick-ups
Sorry we do not allow pick-ups.
In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

We will not refund any items that have been used and we will only refund items in original perfect condition (with all packaging) that are fit for re-sale. We reserve the right to refuse the refund of a product if we feel it does not meet these criteria. All items will need to be assessed before a refund is issued. We will not refund shipping fees.
If you need to return an item, simply email us and let us know your full name, order number and the reason you want to return you item. (Your order number can be found by logging into your ipop account).
