Credit or refund of sunglasses
The sunglasses must be returned in re-sellable condition with all packaging and shipped back to iPOP in Nelson within 7 days of contacting us. Shipping unfortunately will not be refunded.
Your refund will take place within 3-5 days.
Please note that if you qualified for free shipping and you require a partial or full refund our shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
If your sunglasses arrived damaged or are faulty please contact to arrange a replacement.
