Buying sunglasses online can be tricky, so we want you to shop with confidence. Try them on at home, see how they feel, and if they’re not right, send them back.
How Returns Work
If you need to return your sunglasses, make sure they’re in resellable condition with all original packaging and lens stickers. Ship them back to our Nelson office within 7 days of contacting us. Keep in mind, shipping fees aren’t refunded. If you got free or subsidised shipping, we’ll deduct the full shipping cost from your refund. Once we get your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 days.
For returns of more than three pairs, we reserve the right to charge a $3 per unit restocking fee to cover cleaning and handling.
Damaged or Faulty Sunglasses?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, let us know right away. We’ll sort out a replacement as quickly as possible.
