To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that the sunglasses are in re-sellable condition and include all original packaging and lens stickers. We kindly ask that you ship the sunglasses back to our Nelson office within 7 days of contacting us, but please note that shipping fees will not be refunded. If you qualified for free or subsidised shipping and require a partial or full refund, our full shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 days.
For returns of more than 3 pairs of eyewear, we retain the right to impose a re-stocking fee of $3 per unit. This fee is intended to cover expenses related to cleaning and re-stocking.
