How do I order on iPOP?

Once you’ve selected an item that you like–click “add to cart”. You can “continue shopping” and add more items to your cart. When you’ve finished shopping click “checkout”.
If you’re not done, and you want to buy more than one item, click "continue shopping" and you will be able to continue to browse our fine store. When you’re ready to complete your purchase, click Checkout".
Once at the checkout you’ll be asked to confirm your postal address and choose your preferred payment option (Bank deposit or PayPal)
When you have completed your way through the checkout, we will send you an email confirming the status of your order. We’ll notify you of any status changes via email. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to get in contact with us, we’re more than happy to help you out.

How do I pay?
You can pay with PayPal or direct bank transfer. PayPal is the quickest way to pay as we receive the payment almost immediately. Bank transfers can take a couple of days to clear.

How long will it take to process my order?
We normally process orders on a daily basis and ship within 24 hrs after receiving your payment. For faster processing we recommend using PayPal or Paymate. This way we receive instant notification of your payment where as bank transfers can take as long as 2 days before funds show. Delivery times vary depending your location. Rural deliveries generally take a little longer.

Where do I find my order number?
You can find your order number or ID on your iPOP account page.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do. We ship worldwide with NZ Post Airmail.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

No. We only sell our items on our online store.

Have much do I have to spend to qualify for free shipping?

Buy as much as you want and pay just $5 for delivery anywhere in NZ. Spend over $100 and we'll ship for free.

Do you have a telephone number I can contact you on?

No, sorry. Please contact iPOP through our "contact" page or email us at mail@ipop.co.nz  We will answer your queries as quick as we can.

Which courier company do you use?
We use www.fastway.co.nz

Where do I find the tracking number for my shipment?
Log into your account and click on “order status”. Here you will find your Fastway tracking number- something like CA0014444444. You can track your shipment on  www.fastway.co.nz  by entering your track number in the "track and trace" box.

Did you receive my payment yet?
Log into you iPOP account and click on “order status”. If your order is marked “shipped” or “awaiting pick-up” then we have received your payment and your item(s) are on the way.


I would like to cancel my order?
Easy, just send us a quick email asking us to cancel you order.


Can I amend my order?

 Yes, before you have completed checkout you can update your shopping cart adding or subtracting items. Once you have past checkout you cannot amend your order although it is still possible to cancel and start again.


What does "Pending" mean on my order status?

Pending means that there might be an issue with your order and it has not been sent. This might be because there is a problem with your address, the item has sold out etc...

Do you Wholesale?

Yes, we do. Please drop us a line if you are interested in selling any of our sunglasses in your store.
