The Merlin is a unisex frame available in dark brown or black, fitted with superdark grey polarised lenses that cut out a serious amount of light in full NZ sun.

Superdark lenses go noticeably darker than a standard Category 3 tint. If you find regular shades still leave you squinting on bright days, these make a real difference. Grey lenses keep colours looking natural while turning the brightness right down.

How polarised lenses work

Polarised lenses block that horizontal light before it reaches your eyes, so surfaces become readable again rather than a wall of reflected brightness.
