Unisex Jordan- Polarised sunglasses-NZ PZ8450-Revo

The Jordan polarised takes the flat top silhouette and gives it a bit more shine. The gloss black polycarbonate frame catches light differently to a matte finish, which works particularly well against the revo mirror lenses and gives the frame a more deliberate, fashion-forward presence without straying too far from a versatile everyday shape. As a unisex frame the Jourdan sits comfortably across different styles and face shapes, and the flat top profile adds a strong horizontal line that works well on rounder and oval faces.

Two revo mirror options let you pick based on preference or conditions. Blue mirror is cooler and cleaner, a natural fit for on-water use and open sunny days. Red mirror brings more warmth and visual punch, handling full sun well while standing out from the more common mirror finishes in the range. Both carry the same Category 3 polarised lens underneath so performance is consistent across either choice.

Category 3 polarised lenses for high sun conditions.

Polarised Lenses

New Zealand sun is some of the most intense in the world, and standard tinted lenses only solve part of the problem. They darken the view but leave the glare. iPOP polarised lenses have a built-in glare-filtering layer that targets the specific type of light that causes the problem in the first place.

How polarised lenses work

Glare happens when sunlight bounces off a flat surface, water, wet roads, a car bonnet and hits your eyes as a concentrated horizontal beam. Your eyes struggle to process it, so you squint, strain, and lose visual detail in the process. Polarised lenses block that horizontal light before it reaches your eyes, so surfaces become readable again rather than a wall of reflected brightness. On a typical New Zealand summer day, the difference is noticeable within minutes of putting them on.

Where it makes a real difference

Driving Cuts glare off wet roads and oncoming windscreens so you're not squinting into the morning sun
Fishing and water See below the surface instead of staring at a mirror of reflected sky
Beach and outdoors Reduces the all-day eye fatigue that builds up when everything around you is reflecting light
Sport and activity Sharper contrast and truer colours so you can read terrain, track movement and react faster
